Please read below before placing a deposit
Payment must be made in full 24 hours prior to the event. Your host will provide an invoice, this will be used as confirmation of final numbers.
A £25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. UNTIL WE RECEIVE A DEPOSIT THE DATE IS STILL AVAILABLE FOR OTHERS.
The price includes a 2-hour stay at Biddys between 7 and 9 pm. An extra hour costs £30
Bring your own at 50p per glass required/per person
Minimum party booking is for 10 guests. The maximum is for 20 people.
Our Norwich tearoom is on the first floor and there are stairs to climb. Our Aylsham branch is on one floor and has an access ramp to the front of the shop. Please make us aware of mobility issues.
Contact us for available dates. You'll receive a deposit invoice (payable online) When cleared you will be emailed a party form. We ask for the completed form to be emailed to us no later than a week before your event so that we can complete your bill, final numbers can be confirmed 24 hours before.
We reserve the right to charge for any loss or breakages.
We can decorate the space if required before your party. But you will need to provide us with the decorations before 5 pm on the day.
You will have your own private waitress for the duration of the party, using your own bell - Anything you need please just ring for them!

Afternoon Tea is served buffet style for your flexibility and comfort
